In 2003 Graz was the European Cultural Capital and Carmen Grasso coordinated the cultural events dedicated to the children: MINICOSMOS 03.
Carmen Grasso was part of the organization of the festival GRAZ LEBT AUF 2002.
In the summer of 2001 Carmen Grasso took part in organizing the first a capella competition in Graz VOKAL TOTAL.
In 1999 she collaborated with the organizing committee of the 10th IASJ International Meeting (International Association of Schools of Jazz) in Santiago de Compostela (E).
