Arena di Verona
From 2005 to 2010 Carmen Grasso organized the yearly project ’NA SERA ‘E MAGGIO at the University of Music and Dramatic Arts in Graz; an evening of Neapolitan songs, with the support of the classical singing department director, Prof. Martin Klietmann and the students of the University. These charity concerts offered to the students the possibility to go to Italy once a year and see an Italian opera at the Arena di Verona. “Aida” (2006), “La Bohème” (2007), “Tosca” (2008), “Aida” (2009), “Madama Butterfly” (2010).
Students of Prof. G. Zarrelli from the Conservatorio Statale di Musica Nicola Sala of Benevento (Italy) were invited to the project ‘NA SERA ‘E MAGGIO 2009. At this occasion a second concert was organized at the MUSIKSALON ERFURT in Graz.
